Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Business Partner for Questions about Recruiting & Training Responsibility for complete applicant management from the tender to the recruitment Implementation of recruiting measures from trainees & dual students to permanent employees Contact person for trainees & dual students (use planning, seminar planning, projects, Azubi actions, feedback talks etc.) Support for HR projects (employer branding, assessment sheets, etc.)

Successfully completed studies with an economic focus or comparable qualification Minimum 3-year HR expert ideally in the field of training & recruiting Self-employed and solution-oriented work High communication skills, empathy and initiative Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
