Director Global Controlling (m/f/d)

Be part of an internationally operating company specializing in innovative solutions in production. In this central leadership position, you take responsibility for the financial management and further development of the company with a focus on performance controlling, restructuring, M&A projects, refinancing and optimisation of systems and processes. Full responsibility for all controlling processes worldwide and BSS. Budgeting, analysis of actual results, forecasts and investment controlling. Further development of existing control processes & systems. Control measures to minimise costs and risk in operational and strategic areas. Management of projects in M&A, refinancing, ERP migration and system improvements. Discipline management of the teams in the HQ (Central Services Controlling, Functional Controlling and Corporate Controlling). Functional management of the controlling functions in the works. Development and development of KPIs and controlling processes at group level Ensuring and optimising a consistent reporting structure for efficient corporate management. Close cooperation with management, accounting, treasury, IT and other central interfaces. Contact persons for external parties such as consultants, banks or auditors. Support in managing restructuring and efficiency enhancement programs.

Successfully completed study of economics with a focus on controlling or finance. at least 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in controlling - ideally in a producing medium-sized or family-run company; Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous. Experience in project controlling and location controlling. First management experience required. Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, Lucanet and BI systems. German and English knowledge in word and writing. Hands-on mentality paired with strategic vision. High sense of responsibility, effectiveness and discretion. Strong analytical skills and communication strength at C-level level. Team-oriented leadership style and high integration power in challenging phases.
