Completion of general administrative and organisational tasks Care and updating of our website in the field of cosmetics and collaboration on newsletters Conception, preparation and continuous care of meaningful PowerPoint presentations Active support of the marketing team for organizational tasks and participation in major events across Germany – occasionally also on weekends (approximately 3–4 stakes per year) supportive cooperation with our graphic designer for international text applications Communication with business partners in Germany and abroad in all matters

You have professional experience, ideally in the cosmetics industry You bring marketing skills and experiences You bring experiences in the field in design and PowerPoint with You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (additional foreign languages are desirable) You have a safe and sovereign appearance You show initiative and creativity You are contact-friendly and an exceptional team player
