Your tasks:

• Office activities
• Create and monitor invoices, scales and offers
• Coordination of appointments
• preparation of daily reports, evaluations and plans Loading
• maintenance of creditors/debitors, dunnning, and Banking
• Preparing personnel handling
• Support of management

Your profile:

• completed vocational training in the commercial sector and relevant professional experience
• Ideally already knowledge in construction, a craftsmanship or even in the processing of fire and water damage
• Talent for organization and communication
• High sense of responsibility and commitment
• Good handling, strong customer orientation and excellent German language and writing
• Safe in handling MS-Office applications and general handling with computers
• Class B driving licence would be advantageous, but not mandatory
