March 2026 and design these tasks: Strategic and operational management of Dr. Hauschka Webshop in Germany for the sustainable increase in sales Conception, implementation and continuous optimization of performance-oriented measures in the webshop Building dashboards, analysis of relevant KPIs and deriving data-based action recommendations Market and trend monitoring to strengthen our digital competitive position Ensuring a user-centred shopping experience and close coordination with internal teams Control of external service providers and agencies for optimal digital brand presence
