Your future tasks: You develop and monitor our quality policies and help ensure them in the area Awareness, information and counselling Insurance fraud - in terms of fraud prevention - is an integral part of your tasks You will participate in exchanges with the traders and partners and/or conduct them independently To do this, you plan all documents and training materials and check and update them continuously The analysis of quality data in the form of key figures is self-evident for you and your basis for future, derived decisions

You bring a completed commercial training with you and you can demonstrate a multi-year professional experience in the performance management and/or quality management of the service sector Experiences in process management, conceptual skills, methodological knowledge in quality management as well as conflict and deescalation skills characterize you You bring a high IT affinity and ideally you already have knowledge of the insurance industry's inventory systems/tools. In addition, you have a safe handling of MS Office applications as well as Atlassian tools Ideally, you know the product portfolio of WERTGARANTIE, the consumer electronics industry and specialist retail structures
