Management & Responsibility: You guide our dedicated IT team, which supports key areas such as IT infrastructure, IT security, build management and various application systems. Operation & further development: You ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems at several locations and advance their continuous development. IT security strategy: You develop our IT security strategy, implement it and ensure proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting. Communication interface: As a team leader, you act as a key player between project managers, your team, IT leadership and other disciplines. Strategy & operational support: You keep an eye on the overarching IT strategy while supporting your team in operational day-to-day business with corporate-critical topics. Process Design & Compliance: You work closely with project and system managers and actively shape processes, guidelines and templates to comply with ISO 27001 and ISO 13485 – across teams. Team organisation & Culture: You take the professional responsibility, promote an open communication culture, strengthen your own responsibility and satisfaction in the team and support the conflict resolution. Resource Management: You are responsible for the distribution of tasks, time management and optimal use of team resources in the context of sprint planning.

Your background: Qualification: You have a degree in computer science, a training as a specialist:in for system integration or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in IT administration and leadership of teams. Expertise: You have sound know-how in the fields of network and server technologies, virtualization and information and IT security. Working methods: You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented – with a pronounced sense of thought-out IT concepts. Mindset: You think entrepreneurship, act independently and take responsibility. Technical understanding: terms like AGDLP, RPO, VLAN, Tier0 or SLA are very familiar to you. Soft Skills: You convince by team spirit, social competence and a safe, professional appearance. Leadership: You can take it and motivate others – even in challenging situations. Values: Loyality, reliability and a high degree of integrity are what distinguishes you.
