Technical leadership: You control and coordinate the DSP-Tech Transfer Expert team and all parallel DSP transfer activities across the different production lines. Process harmonization and standardization: You are responsible for harmonizing the DSP processes and establish uniform standards and a knowledge base. Process setup and Tech Transfer: You take over and establish DSP procedures from process development into GMP operation and implement the extensive DSP strategy for chromatography, TFF / UF-DF and Fill & Finish. Equipment and strategy: You will be able to obtain the technical consent for the selection and purchase of DSP equipment (including URS creation and participation in the CAPEX planning for investments). Qualification and validation: You control the IQ/OQ/PQ and PPQ activities in the DSP sector, take over Cause Analysis (CAPA) and support in government inspections. Process management and training: The operational process management of the produc­tion team during the start-up and routine phases and their training are part of your task.

Completed master-of-science degree (promotion of advantage) in biotechnology, pharmacy, biochemistry or a comparable specialist Multiannual professional experience in the DSP field under GMP conditions, ideally with ATMP and multi-product experience Knowledge of Chromatography, TFF / UF-DF, Fill & Finish – for disposable and stainless steel systems as well as experience with equipment procurement (URS, FAT / SAT) and quality activities (IQ / OQ / PQ, PPQ) Proven development in the development of complex technology transfer projects with several parallel activities Safe handling of GMP documentation (Batch Records, SOPs, Change Control, Validation Plans) Representative communication and coordination skills combined with independent working methods with joy in cooperation in a structure with a high degree of design Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You don't meet all the criteria?
