Your tasks:

• Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of Vendor Service Bulletins (VSB)
• Close monitoring of VSB input and output during the entire VSB process using the VIEW tool (SAP application)
• implementation of the formal verification of VSBs in accordance with the Process documents
• Initiation of technical testing of VSBs and ensuring the technical and airworthiness approvals by Airbus
• Status feedback to suppliers via the VSB management tool
• Complete examination of the synthesis and submission of Final VSB approval
• implementation of the necessary quality checks within the framework of the applicable process steps and process documentation
• Management of all VSB deliveries in terms of schedule, costs and quality (on time, on cost and on quality) proper implementation by the customer or its selected Enable partners
• answering the respective technical questions about the technology Request tool
• Ensuring compliance with processes and if necessary Participation in internal audits
• Coordination of subcontractors and allocation of the respective subcontractors Work Packages

Your profile:

• Complete studies in engineering, air and Aerospace, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
• More than two years of experience in aerospace and technical documentation
• Experience in construction, mechanics and maintenance / Maintenance
• Experience with ATA-25 (Equipment and Furnishings)
• Good knowledge of process management and risk management
• Application knowledge in SAP, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy and Google Workspace
• German and English skills
