Logistics Trainer - Lich near Gießen (m/f/d)

You create, care and update work instructions (Work Instructions) for operating processes. You will ensure the quality of training and compliance with internal standards and legal requirements. You support the documentation and follow-up of training and training measures. You'll be puggling and developing skills and qualifications. You support internal and external audits in the field of Training & Compliance. You work closely with operations, HR and the departments to identify training needs. You accompany and qualify new employees in the framework of structured onboarding programs. You promote the safe and efficient use of industrial trucks in warehouse operation.

You are a certified trainer for industrial trucks or Engineer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). You have several years of experience in the training and qualification of industrial truck drivers. You have well-founded practical knowledge in handling industrial trucks, especially with: Slips High-bay stackers HLOPs (High Level Order Pickers) Pick-up trucks You have experience in creating training documents, work instructions and training concepts. You have good knowledge in the areas of occupational safety and compliance. You work structured, independent and practical. You convince by good communication and presentation skills. You are sure to deal with MS Office and digital training documentation. You have good knowledge of German and English. You plan, coordinate, conduct and document training and training for employees in the warehouse and logistics environment. Experience in training and instructing employees on industrial trucks, in particular HLOP (High Level Order Picker), push-mast trucks or high-bay trucks, is of advantage.
