The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. You are responsible for the conceptual further development of the used maritime freight ERP solution for the handling of maritime transport between Asia and Europe. You are the interface between the disciplines, internal IT and external development partners to map new processes for standardizing and optimizing logistics processes in the field of sea freight, fleet control and shipping. You are workstreamlead for the new e-commerce platform of the Black Group shipping company. After the 'you build it – you run it' approach, you will continue to be a contact person after commissioning and take over the support of the software. You design and carry out workshops with the departments to work together on requirements. You evaluate the requirements regarding implementation, efficiency and optimization potentials in cooperation with the specialist department. You make sure that the requirements are set in the development process. You test and develop solutions in cooperation with the departments You are a contact person for user questions about the IT solutions responsible

You have successfully completed your studies in business informatics, economic engineering, economics (ideally with the focus on IT, logistics, supply chain management, sea freight, etc.) Ideally, you have already gained first experience in IT consulting, preferably in the field of maritime freight, supply chain optimization, logistics, digitization, etc. You have a strong interest in logistical issues You are highly motivated, have a high level of learning and performance and are ready to take responsibility within your task You think analytically and manage to penetrate complex facts and solve problems quickly and structuredly You have good presentation and communication skills in German and English
