Within our Planning, Allocation & Capacity Management (SC/SOV) department, we ensure the optimal supply of the global Mercedes-Benz car markets. On the one hand, we create future forecasts of the sales and production program for the pilot control of our works and suppliers. On the other hand, we control the order processing and planning as well as the customer-oriented coordination of the vehicle delivery. The team “Planning, Allocation and Capacity Management” works in different Agile Release Trains according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). We therefore have a variety of topics in which you can get insights. The support of the existing systems for order forecasting, testing new developments for our applications or also supporting agile ceremonies or designing workshops is all there. The opportunity to actively participate in the design of our digital products and take responsibility

Your tasks: Software Testing: You actively support us in testing our new developments, identify optimization potentials and provide valuable feedback to ensure the quality of our products

Testing Coordination: You help one of our teams coordinate and prepare testing and collect relevant information to optimize our test processes

Agile methods: In our agile software project (SAFe & Scrum), you support us in the design of workshops and help prepare and execute agile ceremonies and events

Cooperation in the interdisciplinary project environment with direct contact with other teams and projects

Cooperation with internal and external service providers

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Course in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a comparable degree programme

Excellent interest in software development and quality and ideally first experience in software testing.

First experience with Project Management Tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira) are beneficial

You are proactive, strong in communication and enjoy working on new topics and introducing your own ideas.

Team skills and an independent way of working are yours.

High design and creative problem-solving competence

Fun on cross-functional project work

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office is advantageous
