Review and assessment of raw materials and products according to specified specifications Instruction and incorporation of employees in the quality laboratory Operation of measuring, testing and aids as well as instruction in their use Implementation and adaptation of recipe settings Participation in the creation of documents, statistics and test logs Support for customer complaint processing Cooperation in the care and development of management systems (e.g. quality, environment, energy) Organisation, maintenance and optimization of test equipment maintenance Communication with internal departments and external partners (interface function) Locking of raw materials and products with deviations from the specifications Release of raw materials and products after successful testing Implementation of internal audits and support and support for internal and external audits Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality, energy, environmental and safety guidelines Assignment of further tasks

Praktikant (m/w/d), Lacklaborant (m/w/d), CTA or comparable scientific qualification Ideally the first professional experience in the quality laboratory of a production company Safe handling of measuring, testing and aids as well as analytical testing methods Good knowledge of quality assurance and ideally in handling management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) Careful, structured and independent functioning Embossed team capacity and communication strength – especially in handling internal interfaces and external partners Willingness to take responsibility and support colleagues in the process Experience or willingness to participate in internal and external audits High quality, safety, environmental and energy awareness Motivation to help shape existing processes and continuously improve
