You will accompany new process, software, organizational and special projects from the first idea to the handover to the responsible departments. You are analysing complex issues, providing sound basis for decision-making and ensuring that strategic initiatives can be implemented in a targeted manner. You are structuring and evaluating new process, software, organizational and strategy topics from the business management environment and develops sound basis for decision-making. You analyze targets, benefits, risks, dependencies and impacts on affected business areas and guide specific action recommendations. You'll start decision templates, management presentations, short analyses and recommendations for the management. You accompany strategic projects from the target definition to the planning up to the successful handover to the responsible departments. You coordinate cooperation with the departments (IT, central software and process management) as well as external partners and ensure clear responsibilities. You support confidential special projects as well as time-critical topics from the fields of data protection, compliance and law.

You have completed your studies in the field of BWL, Economics, Tourism, Business Informatics, Project or Process Management or a comparable qualification. You bring at least five years of professional experience in corporate development, organisational development, project coordination, process management or a comparable interface function. You think analytically and structured, recognize relationships quickly and prepare complex topics in a comprehensible and decision-oriented manner. You have experience in project and process management as well as in cross-departmental cooperation with different stakeholders. You work independently, solution-oriented and responsibly and convince by communication strength, negotiation skills and organizational ability. You're going to be confidential with sensitive information, have very good German language skills in word and writing, working safely with Microsoft Office and ideally with Confluence, Jira or comparable project management tools.
