Completed business or technical (FH) degree or professional training with multi-year relevant professional experience or many years of relevant professional experience Knowledge and experience in facility management and real estate management Very good knowledge of SAP/R3 and standard software Negotiating competence, reliability and accuracy Customer and service orientation driving licence class B
