Head of Wheel Loader Assembly (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and promote the individual development of your employees through targeted training and development measures. You control the assembly line with relevant performance indicators such as productivity, first pass yield and delivery reliability. Here you analyze deviations, direct appropriate measures and implement them consistently. You establish best practice solutions to sustainably secure our process and delivery quality and continuously develop it. You drive forward the continuous optimization of our production processes along the entire value chain and successfully implement the principles of lean management. You are responsible for the smooth integration of new vehicle types – from the 0 series to the serial start (SOP) – into the existing band structure and ensure a trouble-free production start. You promote a transparent and open error culture and ensure effective communication along the entire shopfloor cascade to enable sustainable improvements.

You have several years of experience in managing teams in a production environment – ideally in series production or assembly – and understand how to motivate, develop and achieve ambitious goals together. Continuous Improvement (CVP) is for you more than one method: You consistently promote sustainable problem solutions and create a culture of continuous learning. Lean Management and Shopfloor Management are part of your daily management. Methods such as KAIZEN, problem solution at the location of the event or One Piece Flow are used safely and pragmatically. You make decisions based on key figures and combine quality, time and cost awareness with a high level of operational excellence. You work structured, act solution-oriented and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
