Maintenance & repair: implementation of individual repairs, maintenance and destructive services at spas and boiler plants – including the professional adjustment of circulation pumps. Sanitary & Drinking Water Technology:Installation of baths and expert drinking water installation with strict compliance with the technical rules for drinking water installations (TRWI). Gas engineering & security: Working on gas systems with consistent application of the technical rules for gas installations (TRGI). Modernisation & Compensation: Execution of modernization and repair work in the inhabited stock and the professional elimination of insurance damage. Customer Service & Service: Processing of customer service and emergency services with mobile/digital connection. Documentation: Reliable documentation of the work done directly on site via your tablet.

Training: Successfully completed vocational training as plant mechanic SHK, gas and water installer, central heating and ventilation builder or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: Detectable experience in the maintenance of heating (heat, boiler, circulation pumps). Knowledge of the technical rules for drinking water installations and the technical rules for gas installations. Driving practice: Valid driving licence of class B for trips in the customer service area. Working method: Self-employed, structured working method, customer orientation and pleasure in direct contact with tenants.
