Completed training as a nurse, medical education, educators, social education or nursing (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in integration aid, ideally accompanied by people from the autism spectrum First experiences in a coordinating or conducting function are desirable Organisational design, decision-making and a structured working method Communication strength, sense of responsibility and joy in team collaboration Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape change processes Willingness to work in shiftwork (spring and late service) The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
