Do you want to help us develop the DNA of tech®? Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is looking for (Senior) Production Controller (m/w/d) for the Ceramic Capacitors / Non-Linear Resistors division.

Place of work: Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is the European headquarters and development and production site for passive components. For decades - from 1996 as part of Vishay - we have produced resistors and capacitors. These electronic components are used, inter alia, in medical, entertainment and automotive electronics. With around 900 employees, Vishay plays a key role as one of the most important employers in our region. The town of Selb lies directly on the Czech border and convinces, among other things, by the countryside surrounding the Fichtelgebirge.

What you will do: Creation, development and analysis of key figures to assess production processes Implementation, support and further development of product calculations Sparring partners for production with regard to deviations, deviation analysis and definition of countermeasures Project work in multidisciplinary teams, in particular coordination of OpEx/Lean actions Developing proposals to improve manufacturing processes Participation in budget planning and continuous outcome control Support of production and controlling relevant master data in the ERP system Implementation of workflow/time studies by work science/REFA methods

What you should bring: Complete university studies with technical focus - ideally business engineering Technical understanding and analytical thinking Multiannual professional experience in a manufacturing company Communication and team skills Own initiative and sovereign occurrence SAP knowledge in the modules MM/PP/CO REFA Basic/Prerequisite Good English knowledge of word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge
