As a DOORS Experte (m/w/d), they centrally support all projects and users in the applications IBM DOORS, IBM Rational Publishing Engine and related tools. Support for design, setup and maintenance and further development is within your task. They independently process in-depth support requests from internal and external stakeholders and have a partial project acquisition even in cross-departmental IT projects. In addition, you will advise the specialist areas regarding the selection and use of the various tools and clarify the application possibilities of the engineering applications. Your further tasks include: Conception of IT solutions and their implementation including acceptance in the assigned priority area Ensuring the functionality of all tools and systems in the area of responsibility Demand determination as well as advice of the specialist areas and projects incl. demand-oriented design of individual solutions if necessary Monitoring and maintenance of central systems in the field of requirements engineering Creation of system documentation and instructions

Complete Bachelor Program in Computer Science or Training with Multiannual Professional Experience Experience in the analysis of problems in cooperation with various departments Multiannual experience in support of IBM Rational DOORS and IBM Rational Publishing Engine, in particular in the development of DXL Tools Experiences as requirements managers are desirable Good English knowledge of word and writing Communication and team skills as well as analytical thinking
