As an IT Demand Consultant (all genders) you analyze and evaluate the incoming customer requests and develop a solution concept together with the technical teams as well as an offer based on the CORBOX Services. The organization of customer appointments in coordination with our sales units is in your hands. The developed concepts and solutions are presented to the customer and are in an open exchange with the customer. The costing of prices and the close coordination with the teams from purchasing and controlling to the offers arising from the technical concepts is your responsibility. As a technical consultant (all genders), you support the DATAGROUP sales units as well as the customers in the decision-making processes and participate in technical implementation negotiations. After acceptance of the offer, you are responsible for the proper implementation in the technical fields as well as the calculation of the requirements and new services.

You have an education or study in the IT field or you have an equivalent qualification. You have a technical background with good IT all-round knowledge, optimally in the operation of virtual systems in the data center (including server, storage and backup). You have experience in the analysis of IT customer requirements as well as in the design of solutions. You have the pleasure of meeting with the specialist departments at a technical level and at the same time enjoying leading or accompanying customer appointments. You are a friendly, communicative personality with an analytical and independent way of working. You have very good German and good English skills.
