We are looking for loving educators in full time (35-40h/week) or at a later time in the Springe room.

Your duties as an educator:

• Educational support, promotion and support of children aged 06 years
• Designing a varied, development-promoting everyday life
• Cooperation with parents in the sense of an educational partnership
• Observation and documentation of child development
• Teamwork and co-design of our pedagogical work

• A successfully completed training as a state-approved educator, social education or comparable qualification
• A high level of empathy for the needs of children
• Interpersonality, tolerance and understanding
• Team spirit, expressed creativity and imagination
• Responsibility and reliability

• Driving class B and car desirable
