As a technical contact:in you will advise our customers on datacenter, virtualization, backup and infrastructure topics and develop tailor-made solutions. Using the analysis of existing IT infrastructures, you conduct optimization and modernization potentials and create future-oriented concepts. The planning, implementation and continuous development of server, storage and virtualization solutions are your responsibility. With your know-how you design and realize backup, recovery and disaster recovery solutions and continuously develop them. With presales and offering activities, you will bring your technical expertise and support in developing convincing customer solutions. With the technical evaluation of new technologies and manufacturer solutions, you identify innovative approaches and create added value for our customers.

A successfully completed (information) technical vocational training or a study in the field of computer science, information technology or a comparable discipline forms the basis of your profile. You can already look back successfully on more than three years of professional experience in the IT infrastructure environment. Finding knowledge in the Enterprise Backup & Recovery area as well as in the Datacenter and Infrastructure Consulting area is absolutely essential. Practical experience in project implementation and customer consulting is just as good as your customer and solution-oriented work. Ideally, you have know-how in the field of virtualization and know the requirements of modern data center environments. Ideally, you have a certification like Dell PowerProtect Data Domain Deploy / Operate or a comparable Dell Technologies certification in Data Protection as well as via Experience with Dell PowerProtect Data Manager, Dell PowerProtect Data Domain and VMware vSphere.
