You like to work carefully, keep an overview and appreciate the collaboration with customers, drivers and colleagues? Then strengthen our team in order processing and ensure that material flows and orders are handled without friction.

Time: Full time in the 2-shift system (5:00–13:30am / 9:30–18:00am in weekly change)

Acceptance of goods: acceptance, testing and tuning of customer orders and shipping documents in direct contact with customers and drivers Order processing: production of working papers, appointments and correspondence with customers and production Exit of goods: preparation and processing of shipments including commissioning, provision and processing of transit documents

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. to the industrial trader / Kaufmann (m/w/d) for office management, or a comparable qualification Safe handling of MS Office and ideal access to an ERP system (e.g. SAP or Sage) First evidence of goods acceptance, warehouse logistics or dispatch Work in the 2-shift system Self­employed, structured work, organizational and team skills Friendly, binding appearance and joy in customer contact
