You take over the strategic direction and further development of medical technology in combination and create structures for predictive planning and sustainable investments.

Analysis and reorientation of existing processes for the modernization of medical technology Development and implementation of a future-oriented medical technology strategy for all RKH locations Strategic planning, organisation and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and investment in terms of efficiency and innovation Advising clinic management and specialist departments on medical issues and investment planning Ensuring data quality and compliance with legal requirements (MPG, MPBettriebV, DIN standards etc.) Expansion of the NOVA MT Management tool by Händschke & Partner as a central tool with high master data quality and efficient and effective workflows Close cooperation with purchasing, IT and construction & technology for process optimization and system integration Ensuring efficient and effective new and modernization projects, in particular for the renewal or introduction of large equipment Development of medical device concepts for important device clusters such as e.g. B. Radological modalities and ultrasonic devices Professional and disciplinary leadership of the medical technology team with currently 12 full-time positions

Complete study in the field of medical technology, engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in medical technology, ideally with leadership and IT affinity Knowledge of the relevant legal regulations and standards Innovation joy and strategic thinking Impressed communication strength, organisational skills and leadership skills Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
