Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees and managers in hybrid responsibility across multiple locations Plan the strategic orientation of the programme taking into account the corporate and sector strategy Implementation of cost planning, implementation and monitoring. Initiation of counter-control measures when detecting plan deviations. Full responsibility for projects and budgets. Responsibility for projects involving all relevant interfaces Responsibility for strategic personnel needs development and promotion of employees Staff planning and promotion/qualification of directly assigned employees Continuous development of professional know-how in the team Track market development and trends to improve the service and, where appropriate, Defining implementation measures Promoting the development of new market-oriented processes/performances Managing suppliers, partners and customers at relevant management level

Including university studies in the field of aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc. Very long-term professional experience (> 10 years), versatile and year-round in the development and/or operation of aircraft Very deep expertise or expertise in the planning and implementation of complex (development) projects Good knowledge of cooperation with development firms and the relevant certification regulations (civil and/or military) Very good knowledge of the organisation of the Bundeswehr is absolutely necessary and very good knowledge of military procurement Knowledge of standards and standards (e.g. ARP 4754, RTCA DO-160 etc.) Certified development in project management (e.g. PMP®) Very good German knowledge Word and Scripture (min.
