The CJD is one of the largest educational and social enterprises in Germany. Its approximately 11,000 employees support and support children, young people and adults at more than 350 locations in Kitas, schools, vocational education and training plants, in clinics, rehabilitation facilities, housing groups and workshops.

In the CJD Kaltenstein in Vaihingen/Enz we offer stationary assistance for education according to §§ 27, 34, 35a and 41 SGB VIII.

In our decentralized Living Groups with 6 places live girls and boys in a protected, stable environment. With educational expertise and individual psychological support, we promote their personal development and open up new perspectives. The aim is to strengthen the children in their personality, to promote their self-confidence and to accompany them on their way to a self-determined life.

Your New Task

• Guidance of the Living Group and the Employee Team
• Government of young people from 14 years
• Adoption of Service and holiday planning and Guidance of Team meetings
• representation, accompaniment and promotion of children and young people, for which a return to the family of origin is not possible temporarily or in the long term
• Structure of common housing, a structured everyday life and Freetime design
• Work with traumatized children
• Cooperation with parents, specialists in education and assistance planning and all aid stakeholders
• Cooperation with youth office, schools and offices

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a state-recognized Trainer / youth and home educator (w/m/d) or
• Completed study of Social education
• experience in the transition with young people with special support
• Selfemployed and self-employed work**
• Teaming
• readiness to shift and weekend service
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
