Together we can create great things. Be there and shape the future with us. Your role as IT administrator (m/w/d) OT/IT & Infrastructure in full or part-time:

You take care of the connection of our dosing systems to customer networks. To do this, you tune the appropriate connection (LTE or LAN) with the customer IT and define the necessary network parameters such as IP addresses, ports and accesses for our VPN router. You plan and implement scalable network topologies for machine allies: IP concepts, switch design, separation office/OT, redundancy and monitoring with regard to performance, security and wartability. You set up tailor-made IT infrastructures for customer and internal projects – VLANs, access solutions, test/collective environments and remote access – and accompany them from the lab to the series. You are responsible for the selection, configuration and operation of our VPN solutions (HW/SW) incl. Certificate management and access management for customer facilities and internal team. You co-ordinate external service providers (guides, security, hosting) and always maintain the architecture sovereignty. For a stable operation of the internal house IT: client/server, AD/Azure AD, backup/recovery, endpoint security and WLAN/LAN. You're posing network and system documentation, assessing monitoring and alerting to ensure that operations and projects are stable. You manage licenses (M365, CAD/engineering tools, ERP and third-party software).

You have a completed training as a specialist in system integration, IT system electronics or a study in computer science or a related subject – and brings at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. You are familiar with the OT/IT practice: network segmentation (VLAN, Routing), firewalls, VPN (HW/SW) and certificates are not a new country for you – you have already built and operated it yourself. You are safe in system operation with Windows servers/Clients, backup/recovery, endpoint security and monitoring and know how to keep a stable IT environment running without a big team. You work independently, meet decisions and get support when you need them – not because you need to, but because you know when it's useful. You bring an entrepreneurial mindset with: You think in solutions, build up structures that still wear tomorrow, and grab when it comes to it. You can communicate safely in German (at least C1 level) and English – both with internal colleagues and with customer IT teams. You have the pleasure of really moving something in a small, growing company – and not just completing tickets.
