Financial Planning & Analysis Lead (gn) EMEA Remote / hybrid throughout Germany | Full time | Unlimited | From now on

As a FP&A Lead (gn) EMEA, you are part of our finance team and work closely with the regional service leadership and the Divisional CFO. You take responsibility for the entire financial planning and analysis in the region – from forecasts to budget processes to the control of profitability. You can understand yourself as a business savings partner, think analytically and strategically, bring transparency into numbers and processes and help make informed decisions.

As a central contact for the regional service leadership team, you accompany all financial issues and tax the FP&A processes in the region You accompany budget planning, monthly forecasts and weekly pipeline and backlog analyses You support our budget managers in creating and controlling their operating budgets The analysis of sales deviations and the planning and evaluation of available delivery capacities across all service lines are your responsibility You are responsible for the further development and application of our consumer and standard cost-based calculation model – a central lever for the profitability of our service business In close coordination with the Regional Finance Team, you work to manage sales and sales costs transparently and to improve the result sustainably Together with the Divisional CFO, you are driving process and technology improvements in financial planning

Studying in finance, business or business informatics – or comparable training – forms your technical basis At least five years of experience in controlling or in financial planning & analysis will help you to master complex challenges confidently – ideally in an international technology group Controlling a full profit and loss account (P&L) in a global environment is familiar to you You prepare complex data in such a way that they are understandable and implementable – and thus meet the right sound at different target groups Teamwork is you, you can convince others, take along and make change active Dealing with MS Office – in particular Excel and PowerPoint – is just as important to your everyday life as the use of database systems At management level, you will present and communicate safely – both in English and in German A structured, responsible way of working, an analytical view and a good sense of priorities characterize you
