Own-responsible management of our projects in the function of the operational project management (AHO) Professional leadership of the project team - internal and external Control of planning results, as well as verification of tenders Advising the contractor in key decisions, as well as identifying project risks Implementation of project analyses incl. Decision and change management and risk management Participation in the acquisition of interesting projects Participation in the formulation and enforcement of claims Representation of project participants Technical support for young engineers and engineers, as well as for work students

Complete studies in civil engineering or architecture or Economic engineering with appropriate orientation Experience in the project management of demanding construction projects Mind. 3 years of relevant professional experience in construction project management in a comparable task Good knowledge of project management and planning and procurement law (HOAI, VgV, VOB) High team capacity and expressive ability to prioritize as well as independent and structured work Very good expressiveness and formulation in German, as oral and written communication belongs to our To-Do's internally and externally daily Extraordinary motivation, hand-on mentality and a high level of learning Self-conscious and binding, sovereign appearance High readiness for professional and personal development Valid driving permit
