Process Mechanic - Injection Molding / Plastics Technology / Setter (m/f/d)

Hans Rethwisch GmbH, a modern traditional plastic company, is Hamburg's great contractor and has been producing high-quality technical plastic parts for industries such as aviation, medicine, tank technology, mechanical engineering, lighting technology, construction and others since 1969. We are characterized by flexibility, high quality and timeliness with our customers. You take over the independent installation and operation of our injection moulding machines (e.g. Engel, Arburg, Krauss Maffei) and process sophisticated high-performance plastics such as PEEK or PEI. You are responsible for the systematic initial sampling of new tools and thus lay the foundation for stable and efficient series production. In process disorders, you systematically go to cause research, fix it autonomously and thus ensure a consistently high product quality and a smooth process. You actively contribute your expertise to process optimization by performing test series and working closely with quality assurance and tool design.

You have a completed vocational training as a process engineer:in plastic technology (or comparable) and already brings experience from an injection moulding company. You know how to use injection moulding machines, ideally from ENGEL, Arburg or Krauss Maffei. Plus points are collected with knowledge in the processing of high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PEI or PA. An independent way of working, flexibility and willingness to work in the 3-shift system stand out. You speak German fluently to vote in the team.
