Preparation and preparation of meals of the respective items Examination of goods for quality, completeness and freshness Proper storage and labelling of foodstuffs according to HACCP requirements Preparation and planning for the next day, e.g. Mise en Place and menu agreements Participation in the continuous improvement of processes in the kitchen

Completed training as cook/kitchen, or comparable experience Creativity and joy in making menus and menus Passion for cooking and high quality standards Reliability, punctuality and independent operation Good knowledge of German and English for communication in the team and with suppliers
