Your duties Project management: Planning and implementation of development projects for glass and glass ceramics, including process and product optimization and testing methods development Technology development: Development of new glass formulations, processes and test methods Production Transfer: Accompanying and monitoring the transfer of new developments to series production Technical direction: Instruction and training of laboratory staff Quality management: support in complaints and quality problems, derivation of countermeasures Innovation & Patents: cooperation in the new and further development of materials and processes and the creation of patent applications Your profile Complete studies in chemistry, materials science, process engineering or comparable First experience in glass or ceramic development and project management Teamability, communication strength and a structured working method Very good knowledge of German and English Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
