In Group Research & Mercedes-Benz Cars Development (RD), we are shaping the automotive generations of the future and driving, in addition to technological excellence, the continuous development of our organization and processes. The RD/X Innovation & Operations Development division combines future topics with operational implementation. We work at the interface of innovation, research, intellectual property, product safety and liability, sustainability, digitalization, testing and operations. We support topics from the strategic idea to the successful realization and support the management of a diverse and dynamic range of responsibility. As a project coordinator*in the RD/X staff, you play a central role in the organisation, coordination and further development of cross-disciplinary topics. You work closely with different areas of expertise, executives and top management and contribute to the efficient management and implementation of information, projects and communication activities. Preparation of documents, briefings and presentations for top management appointments

The further development of communication and control formats within the area

The independent processing of small projects – from idea to vote to implementation

Support for ad hoc tasks, operational topics and administrative activities in the staff

You are studying in the Bachelor or Master's degree, ideally in one of the following areas: Economics, Business Administration, International Management, Marketing, Communication, Media, Product Management or Brand Management, Innovation Management, Sustainability Management, Strategy or Transformation, Economic Engineering or a comparable interdisciplinary course of study such as e.g. IT (even if your degree is not exactly called: it is crucial that you want future topics, responsibility and work at the interface of many business areas)

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Joy in understanding complex content, structuring and making it understandable
