This is what SAUTER FM expects: As a mobile master (m/w/d) of our Düsseldorf branch, you are flexible at our locations in Bonn, Düsseldorf, Essen, Cologne and Mönchengladbach. They represent our colleagues, ensure the smooth operation of our objects and actively engage where your support is most urgently needed.

Your duties

• You will help with the maintenance and maintenance of building equipment and their maintenance
• carry out independent control procedures and, if necessary, eliminate minor disturbances to the systems
• You are contact for our customers and tenants on site
• You carefully document the limitations of warranty in order to track them in time
• also accompany and monitor the subcontractors we use
• alternating with colleagues take part in readiness

Your profile

• a completed artisanal or technical training from the construction industry, e.g. as a masonin or mechatronicin or a comparable training
• technical understanding or craftsmanship
• first professional experience in building technology desirable
• Mobility and willingness to jump into the various locations in NRW
• Class B licence
• pronounced service orientation and independent working
