You are responsible for the technical management as well as the professional management of the staff of the heating/sanitary department. Coordination of the back office and the order manager of the Heating/Sanitary area Monitoring of daily operation Procurement and audit Process optimization and resource planning Budget planning and compliance Complaint management Reporting at location management/ area management/ board

You have successfully completed your vocational training in crafts and a further education as a master or technician You can demonstrate a multi-year professional experience in the field of maintenance, maintenance and refurbishment and have experience in employee management You convince with extensive knowledge of regulations, regulations and standards You are service-, customer- and result-oriented and can express yourself well orally and in writing Self-responsible work and cross-disciplinary thinking are of course for you A driving licence (class B) completes your profile
