Our team of volunteer services in Hamburg & Schleswig-Holstein is looking for reinforcement. We have been a recognized institution for the Voluntary Social Year (FSJ) since 2002 and since 2010 the Federal Volunteer Service (BFD). Our team accompanies over 450 young people and adults every month as part of their FSJ or BFD in a wide variety of locations. Conducting a versatile area of responsibility in volunteer services Responsibility for the coordination and implementation of the educational processes in voluntary service Participation in the development of concepts, annual planning and services Management, guidance and advice of the pedagogical team with 15 colleagues Conducting regular team meetings and other exchange formats close cooperation with deployment agencies, authorities and cooperation partners Control of the application, placement and matching processes of volunteers Takeover of the interface function to area management, administration and specialist controlling Project management of the strategic and technical development of the database software

completed (special)university studies of social education, social management, apprenticeship or comparable qualification Professional experience in the field of volunteer services or adjacent fields of work first management and/or consulting experiences high communication, reflection and organizational capability Motivation to develop the area together with colleagues Responsibility, reliability and a responsible and structured way of working Teamability and fun to work with growing people secure knowledge in the handling of office programs, ideally also in digital administration or database systems clear position on the social significance and further development of volunteer services
