Software Developer Production and Waste Optimization (m/f/d)
As a leading manufacturer of fully automatic wood processing machines, we are now looking for a software developer (m/w/d) to strengthen our team. With the CAMBIUM® production platform, Hundegger offers a comprehensive software package that allows continuous planning, control and monitoring of the entire production process. A central part is the “Nesting” area. For resource-saving production, components in the raw wood are “inculated” and the cut is reduced. The optimization takes into account machine-specific and logistical requirements. By means of statistical methods, clamping properties of components are estimated on the basis of their 3D geometry in order to optimally place them in nesting and to guarantee the feasibility. BVX is the proprietary file format of CAMBIUM® CORE and forms the technical basis for data-driven processing both inside and outside of CAMBIUM®.
