For the Purchasing Division at the workplace in Bonn, the central office is looking for one or more: Data Manager (w/m/d) (Entgeltgruppe 11 TVöD Bund, ID: VOEK1106, Stellen‐ID 1335294) The setting is terminated. The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate company of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Based on data (structure) analyses, you will develop concepts and measures to improve our data quality in purchasing. You create added value through the efficient and practical design of workflows and information flows in purchasing. In this context, you evaluate trends and patterns in the processing of purchase-relevant data and develop purchase-wide governance principles. Through your participation in agile projects / working groups, you are actively working on the optimization and digitization of purchasing processes. Together with the team, you will help identify data silos and develop possibilities for cross-process accessibility. You maintain and design formats for the cross-disciplinary knowledge transfer (e.g. intranet, team rooms etc.) to promote the change competence of our employees. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace occasional missions, including throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

You have already gained experience in data management. You are versed in dealing with common office applications (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint). You convince with their own initiative and vision and enjoy networking. You act socially competent and team-oriented, have joy in handling data (banks) and think across the process. You are constantly working on developing your digital skills and are curious about the use of digital tools in purchasing.
