Quality & Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

The establishment and maintenance of a compliance management system are part of your responsibility as well as the coordination and implementation of the Group-wide guidelines and requirements of internal risk management. In addition to the creation, updating and communication of policies, procedural instructions and guidelines, you regularly conduct risk analyses, in particular with regard to IT security and data protection, and derive appropriate measures from them. In addition, prepare internal audits and audits, organize and accompany them in close coordination with the Group's compliance department and also take over the coordination of ESG reporting. In addition, make sure that business processes, products as well as software and services meet the relevant legal and regulatory requirements at any time. A further focus of your activity is on building and maintaining the quality management system, including the preparation and monitoring of ISO certifications and the development and analysis of quality indicators for continuous process improvement. In addition to this, you regularly train and sensitize employees on quality, compliance, safety and fire protection issues and keep the management informed about relevant developments and key figures.

Complete studies, e.g. economic law, law, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in compliance, quality management, auditing, law and/or risk management, ideally in a regulated environment or as a consultant (e.g. audit) Experience in building and developing compliance and quality management systems and a solid understanding of IT and information security Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage Embossed Analytical Thinking Power, High Integrity, Responsibility and Discretion
