Creation, maintenance and further development of technical documentation for machines, in particular operating, assembly, maintenance, service and repair instructions in close cooperation with construction, development, electrical construction, software development & service Creation of technical illustrations (2D/3D) based on CAD data Creation and maintenance of modular information modules in the editorial system SCHEMA ST4 Support and coordination of translations of technical documentation Ensuring standardised and legally secure documentation, according to current European and international requirements Participation in the further development of documentation standards, terminology and editorial processes Application and implementation of relevant standards and regulations

Successfully completed studies of technical editors, technical communication, mechanical engineering or comparable training At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the technical editorial office, preferably in machine and plant engineering Ideally well-founded experience in creating technical illustrations (2D/3D) for documentation Knowledge of the editorial system SCHEMA ST4 desirable Structured, independent and careful operation. Secure appearance as well as pronounced communication and team skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous
