In order to actively co-design financial management and company-wide transformation processes, we are exclusively looking for a committed Strategic Finance Transformation Manager (m/w/d) as part of an indefinite direct switching, which combines strategic thinking with operational implementation.

Dresden Your design area • Strategic Roadmap: Control and management of forward-looking financial projects from system implementation to the establishment of modern reporting standards • Management Sparring: Preparing strategic decision bases for the C level through data-based analyses and core KPIs • Business Transformation: Head of Finance and CFO support in cross-departmental change processes in the company • Interface-Governance: Agile control of operational and technological interfaces between finance, IT and business units • Process Excellence: Analysis and End-to-End Optimization of Financial Processes Using Lean Management, Six Sigma and Automation • Data & Analytics: Conducting complex business analysis using tools such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI or Excel • Agile Delivery: Efficient monitoring of project progress through the skillful mix of classical and agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Prince2)
