(Division) Head of Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

You assume the operational and strategic direction and thus the Profit Center responsibility for the entire inventory management of the KSG. You report directly to the sole executive and act with holistic thinking, positional leadership and entrepreneurial-strategic based on clearly defined KPIs. You conduct a team of around 60 employees in the fields of object and customer management, technology, operating costs management, commercial project and real estate management, social and quarter management, sustainability management. You provide cost-effective, service-oriented control and permanent optimization of the technical and commercial management of the real estate portfolio including budgeting and reporting. In close coordination with management and management, You develop the portfolio management strategy in the medium and long term, ensuring sustainable management strategies and economically and technically sustainable rehabilitation concepts and maintenance schedules for the real estate. You set targeted social priorities and develop target-group-oriented housing concepts that integrate into urban development. Together with your team, you will ensure the further development and success of your teams and create a motivating environment in which ownership, innovation, service, performance orientation and participation are supported. At the same time, You strengthen cross-departmental cooperation (with the project development, finance, etc.) through transparent communication, clear and efficient processes (digital workflows) and through sustainable interface management. As a “Change Agent” you will be able to initiate changes on the basis of the process, organization, resources and competencies and successfully implement them. In a role model function, you optimize the entire area operationally and strategically (digital, sustainable, efficient, customer-oriented, etc.) With your commercial expertise, you actively support the economic and climate-friendly development of the real estate, you have profitability goals in mind, analyze investments and continue to expand ESG reporting. You represent their business area on all relevant internal and external platforms.

You have a successfully completed degree in economics, economics or civil engineering, or similar, or a real estate or housing training or comparable qualification. You look back on a multiannual professional and management experience that you have acquired in companies of the medium-sized real estate / housing industry - ideally in the public/local environment - or in house administrations, in facility management companies etc. You have comprehensive commercial and technical expertise (building function) and project management expertise. You have successfully raised digitalization potentials, are versed in the economic project management, in the economic planning and management of organizational units. As an empathic, binding, decision-making leader with entrepreneurial sense and high self-initiative, you act strategically and analytically, identify optimization potentials and implement them in a targeted and result-oriented manner. You make informed decisions to ensure economic and technical stability and growth of the KSG. A responsible, reliable and structured way of working is just as good as your diplomatic ability to enforce, your persistence and your communication and negotiation strength. Your German is safe to negotiate, your handling of common IT tools or ERP systems of the housing industry is versed. You identify themselves with the municipal order and the goals surrounding socially responsible housing construction in the Hanover region. The willingness to live in the region is desired. .
