You want to not only accompany Recruiting, but to actively shape it? In this role, you take responsibility for the selection of our SOLCOM-internal talents, advise our departments at eye level and ensure a professional, value-adding application process. From the job advertisement to the setting: Your tasks: Recruiting with responsibility: You control the personnel selection for our internal positions – with a focus on sales roles – from job alerts to recruitment. Professional interviews: You conduct structured conversations, moderate personal performance appointments and accompany candidate: both inside and specialist areas safely through the entire selection process. Advice at eye level: You support our executives in selection decisions and ensure uniform, comprehensible selection criteria. Positive Candidate Experience: At all points of contact, you are responsible for binding, transparent and value-estimating communication. On-site cooperation: On about two to three days a month, you will accompany the staff selection in our SOLCOM offices. Projects and further development: You bring new ideas, track trends in recruiting and personnel selection and implement HR projects together with the team. Data-based optimization: You participate in the recruiting control, shape surveys and take concrete measures from key figures and feedback. Employer presence: You represent SOLCOM at selected trade fairs and events.

A successfully completed study, ideally with a focus on staff, psychology, business management or a comparable orientation. First practical experience in recruiting, in staff selection, in talent acquisition or active sourcing – for example through a dual study, internship or first professional experience. Pleasure to conduct interviews, to get to know people and to prepare sound personal decisions. A proactive, structured and self-responsive manner of operation and a pronounced degree of implementation. Affinity and interest in developing recruiting processes based on key figures and feedback. Communication strength, empathy and a binding occurrence in exchange with candidate:inside and specialist areas.
