They take traffic liability and transport damage, check them and process them professionally. They regulate damage and carry out regression procedures. They commission experts and lawyers and are responsible for the negotiation and completion of comparisons. They check and release costs and damages. They conduct trainings and seminars on liability and insurance topics within the DACHSER Academy and advise DACHSER employees on liability and damage management issues. They actively promote the further development of the damage processing program.

You have completed a successfully completed vocational training in insurance or a study with a focus on insurance. They bring several years of professional experience in damage management or a comparable position. They have well-founded knowledge in transport law and in damage regulation processes. They convince with pronounced analytical skills and detail accuracy. They have very good to negotiate-proof English skills and master the handling of MS-Office (M365). They are characterized by agility, reliability, teamability and an independent way of working.
