The parish of Hamburg-Horn is looking for the Timo Youth Club at the next possible time:n

Social education:in or comparable Part-time (19.5 hrs. /Where.), first terminated for the current permit period (December 2026) with the option to extend after further authorisation Your tasks:

• Participation of the Youth Club
• Co-responsibility for the design, development, implementation and reflection of pedagogical and organizational work
• Designing open and innovative offers for young people from 10 to approx. 20 years
• Publication of our work in the district
• Planning and implementation of gender-sensitive offers
• Participation in specialist networks

Your profile:

• You have a completed qualification as a social pedagogue:in or a comparable qualification
• You're creative and bring new ideas
• You enjoy the open work of children and youth, or similar tasks, ideally gender-sensitive work
• You like to work in the team and have innovative thinking and reflectivity
• An open and reflected approach to gender issues is one of your strengths
• Good cooperation with the church community as a carrier and with external networks is of course for you

The Timo Youth Club is an institution of open child and youth work, focusing on an intensive and sustainable relationship building with the young people from the area. We support the management of development tasks and processes. At the same time, the youth club in the district is well connected with other social facilities in the area.
