Product Lead (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for your customers and their products as well as the active management of further development measures with your team. Here you bring a healthy discovery spirit and do not hesitate to question the existence of constructively: We do not think in rigid, final solutions, but are always looking for the most suitable solutions for the actual challenges. To do this, you will get the requirements together with our Strategy Consultants to the customer and prepare them in our ticket system and code repository GitLab so that you can work with them efficiently in the team. Customers are part of the team for us! You are your direct respondent and trusting person, plead the partnership at eye level, prioritize tasks, tune timings and keeps the milestones and budget planning under control with a safe hand. In part, this also includes the close cooperation and control of external teams including their budgets. The quality of the products, customer satisfaction and balance in your team are your first priority. You always have everything in mind, keep a cool head in intensive project phases and develop targeted solutions together in the team. By always looking beyond the edge of the plate, you are actively working on continuously developing our quality, processes and corporate culture.

We do not seek perfectionists who already know every answer, but personalities who want to grow together with us. Not a flawless resume is important to us, but above all that it fits humanly and you want to actively drive things forward. You have already collected 4+ years of experience in project management according to SCRUM or as a Product Owner in agile organizational structures and ideally already experience in managing larger budgets responsibly. A high level of quality and passion for digital products characterize you. At the same time, you have the necessary rest and flexibility to keep track of complex challenges in the project everyday. In the interdisciplinary team, you take care of your tasks, team members and customers and do not lose sight of the whole. Thanks to your technical understanding, you recognize relationships and dependencies early on. The exchange with the people from Strategy, UX/UI and Development is in your eyes an enrichment and a profit for the product. You are empathic and like to go to other people, but you are also brave enough to question the status quo critically in order to find the best possible solution. Working in the team is essential for you, both with your internal team and with your customers and external partners. Exchange with your team and your customers in German is not a problem for you. We know that controlling large budgets and complex projects means responsibility – that is why we do not leave you alone, but cultivate a culture of close exchange and mutual support.
