Your tasks: P&L Responsibility: Responsibility for the regional profit and loss account of service operations, including service workshops, field service activities and spare parts business. Business development: development of the regional service business in close cooperation with sales, production sites and the Global Solutions Engineering (GSE) teams. Personal development: further development of the competences of field service and workshop teams through training, certification and individual development plans. Operational Excellence: Introduction and implementation of standardized processes for field service management, spare parts management and supply chain in compliance with EMEA standards. Performance Management: Monitoring of regional service KPIs such as turnover, margin, utilisation and customer satisfaction as well as implementing necessary corrective measures. Leadership & Collaboration: Representation of the Service Operations function in the region and ensuring close coordination with sales, product lines and functional EMEA managers.
Your profile: Proven experience in managing service organisations or regional business units in the field of industrial equipment, mechanical engineering or engineering. Extensive commercial understanding with experience in P&L management and profitable expansion of service business. Funded understanding of field service processes, spare parts logistics and customer management in the industrial environment. Leadership experience in managing multi-site technical teams as well as secure collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. knowledge of English and very good knowledge of the local language of the region; other European languages are of advantage. readiness to travel regularly within the region.
