Daily accounting and processing of input invoices in the ERP system Implementation of payment to supplier:inside Examination and booking of expenses and travel expenses Ensuring transparent, auditable financial documents Accounting and management of currency differences Participation in monthly and annual accounts and internal reports Preparation of sales tax pre-registrations and EU funds Cooperation with tax consultants:inside from other teams Specialized processing of accounting queries Careful care and quality assurance in the ERP system Active participation and optimization of our financial processes This full-time job (40 hours/week) reports to our Accounting Manager and is located in our office in Aachen.

A degree in accounting, finance or comparable At least 3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in the group environment Very good knowledge of HGB, ideally first insights into IFRS Very good Excel knowledge; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus A high degree of accuracy, a good numerical understanding and a solution-oriented approach Fun in cooperation, clear communication and independent work flowing German and English skills – further languages are welcome
