You conduct process analyses and workshops for our customers remotely and locally You'll create introductory and migration concepts You take on the professional advice and training of our users with a focus on clinical processes, especially in psychiatrists In cooperation with product management, you analyze customer requirements to optimize digital workflows in nursing and psychiatric areas As part of presentations and tenders, you work closely with our sales team

You have a completed training as a (specialist) nurse (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training for station management You have practical experience with psychiatric documentation and clinical treatment processes You bring experience as a key user of clinical software or have already contributed to digitization projects in the outpatient and/or stationary context in the hospital You have a class B driver's license and bring travel readiness Very safe knowledge of the German language round your profile
